My wife and I stayed in a Two Queen Pool View room and thoroughly enjoyed it. The beds struck the perfect balance, not too soft and not too hard, and the pillows were incredibly comfortable. My favorite part was the balcony. It came with two chairs and a small table, ideal for sitting with a drink and chatting. However, if I had one minor complaint, it would be the “pool view”. Although our room was listed as having a pool view, the trees partially blocked our view. Still, it was a nice spot to sit back and relax.

The pool area also features cabanas available for rent, providing a more private space to relax. There’s plenty of seating whether you want to sit upright or lounge in the sun. However, one drawback is the limited number of umbrellas. On especially hot days, shade can be hard to come by, so be prepared to soak up the Florida sun; after all, this is the Sunshine State.

St. Somewhere Spa

Another way to unwind is by visiting the St. Somewhere Spa. While it comes at an extra cost, the spa offers all the bells and whistles you’d expect from a top-notch facility. It’s the perfect addition to your vacation if you’re looking for a truly relaxing day.

If you’re like me and enjoy working out even on vacation, the resort’s fitness center has you covered. It’s a decent size with just the right equipment for a full-body workout. The fitness center provides you with gym towels and a water fountain to refill your water bottle. I could go on about the equipment, but let’s just say it has exactly what you need to stay active while enjoying your getaway.

Euphoria Fish House

If you’re a seafood lover, Euphoria Fish House is a must. We tried the sea bass, and it was delicious. And let’s not forget the margaritas. The bartenders here know how to make a great one. I don’t usually drink margaritas, but that quickly changed once I tried their Tropical Margarita.

My wife and I also enjoyed breakfast here. The unexpectedly large portions allowed us to try a bit of everything. It’s always a bonus when you get more for your money. I knew I had to add this to the Explore Sunshine State blog. I love places that give you value for what you pay.

Euphoria offers a great dining atmosphere with both indoor and outdoor seating. The restaurant has an elegant vibe, though there didn’t seem to be any dress code. When we returned later in the evening for drinks, we were pleasantly surprised to find live music, which added a nice touch to the experience. I recommend you eating here on your next visit.

There’s also entertainment to enjoy. During our stay, we saw a variety of performers, from a guitar player to a steel drum musician. They even hosted trivia sessions, making it a fun spot to relax and unwind.

Provisions has you covered when you want quick food options or a drink. They serve lattes and a selection of morning pastries, perfect for grabbing something before heading to the theme parks. They also offer a variety of meals throughout the day.

One standout for me was their protein shakes. During my stay, they made custom shakes, letting me add what I wanted. It was a nice touch that kept me fueled and ready for the day.

It was incredibly convenient to wear throughout our stay, especially by the pool, without worrying about misplacing a traditional key card.

The check-out process was as effortless, making our departure smooth and stress-free.

More importantly, the staff at Margaritaville was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Everyone, from the front desk clerks to the waitstaff, went out of their way to enhance our experience.
